Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Short version: All tools on CSSToolkit.net run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter into our tools. The only data we collect is standard analytics used to improve the site.

1. Who we are

CSSToolkit.net ("we", "us", "our") is a free online toolset for CSS and front-end developers, created by Khalid Khan, a web designer with 2+ years of professional experience. For privacy concerns or inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We collect minimal data to operate and improve the site:

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URL. This is collected anonymously through Google Analytics.
  • Device data: General device type (desktop/mobile), operating system, and screen size. Used only to improve responsiveness and compatibility.

We do not collect:

  • Any values, inputs, or outputs you enter into our tools
  • Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
  • Account information (we have no accounts)

3. How tools handle your data

Every tool on CSSToolkit.net — including the JWT Decoder, CSS generators, and unit converters — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No input data is sent to our servers at any point. Your JWT tokens, CSS values, and any other inputs never leave your device.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Google Analytics: To track anonymous usage statistics. You can opt out by using a browser extension like uBlock Origin or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.
  • Google AdSense: We may display ads on this site. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings.

We do not use any first-party cookies for tracking or identification.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services on this site:

  • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analysis
  • Google AdSense — advertising (if applicable)
  • Cloudflare Pages — hosting and CDN

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. Data retention

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics under their standard retention policy.

7. Children's privacy

CSSToolkit.net is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
