1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CSS Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CSS Toolkit provides free online tools for developers to assist with CSS development and related tasks. These tools include but are not limited to:

All tools listed above are free to use, with no login and no usage limits. CSS Toolkit separately offers Landing Page Templates as optional paid digital downloads, described in Section 3 below.

3. Digital Products and Purchases

CSS Toolkit sells Landing Page Templates as optional paid digital downloads through the Templates page. This section applies only to those purchases and does not change the free, unrestricted nature of the tools described in Section 2.

Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable tax, and your purchase receipt. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's own Buyer Terms.

Template License

When you purchase a template pack, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the included templates in your own projects and in projects you build for clients. You may modify the templates freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the template files themselves, whether unmodified or altered, as a template product.

Delivery

After a successful payment, you're taken to a page with a download link for the pack you purchased. Keep that link, since it's how you access your files again later.

Refunds

Refunds for template purchases are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. License and Usage Rights

CSS Toolkit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial use. You may not:

Sell, trade, or rent access to the Service
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the tools or content for commercial purposes without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

This section covers the free tools described in Section 2. The template license in Section 3 governs purchased template packs.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and legally. You are responsible for:

Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Not using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Protecting your own device and data

6. No Warranty

CSS Toolkit is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
The Service will meet your specific needs
All generated CSS will work perfectly in all browsers

While we strive for accuracy, all tools are provided without guarantee of correctness. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSS Toolkit and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services

CSS Toolkit may use third-party services (such as advertising networks and Paddle, our payment processor for template purchases) to support the Service. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Content Rights

All content, guides, and educational materials on CSS Toolkit are provided for informational purposes. You may use them for learning and reference, but may not republish them without attribution and permission.

10. Changes to Terms

CSS Toolkit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Termination

CSS Toolkit may terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason without notice.
